Naomi bridges the intellectual rigor of her STEM background with the warmth and wisdom required for mission-driven operations leadership. Guided by her lived experience as a disabled survivor, she is deeply committed to building accessible systems that holistically support teams and clients. Before joining FinAbility, Naomi optimized operations for various mission-driven organizations across North America. Outside of work, she finds balance through meditation, stand-up comedy, and spending time with her four cats.
